Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various remote positions. Daily tasks include developing and posting job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals. The HR Recruiter will also work to ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge and experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and candidate sourcing
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
3. Ability to manage applicant tracking systems and create job postings effectively
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
5. Proficiency in leveraging recruitment tools, databases, and digital platforms for sourcing candidates
6. Passion for remote work and an understanding of the unique needs of remote employees and teams
7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
8. Previous experience recruiting for remote or distributed teams is a plus3
